These Terms govern your access to The 11th Question, operated by Early Birds NY. By using the game, you agree to these Terms.
The game
The 11th Question is an entertainment quiz. Scores, time, stars, bonuses and other in-game values have no cash value and are not promises of prizes or payment.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your login information and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate. You may also play as a guest, although guest progress may remain only on that device.
Fair play
Do not manipulate scores, interfere with the game, automate answers, exploit defects, impersonate another player, disrupt Live Duel or attempt unauthorized access. We may remove invalid scores, restrict features or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect players and the service.
Nicknames and player conduct
Public nicknames must not be unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing or personally identifying. We may remove inappropriate nicknames or leaderboard entries.
Questions and answers
We work to keep questions accurate and appropriately classified, but errors or alternative interpretations may occur. Game results are provided for entertainment and are not authoritative educational, professional or factual advice.
Availability and changes
We may update, test, suspend or discontinue features, categories, scoring rules and availability. Internet access, browser permissions and compatible device features may be required.
Intellectual property
The game’s branding, interface, original questions, graphics, audio and software are owned by or licensed to the Operator. You may use the service for personal entertainment but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute protected portions except where applicable law permits.
Third-party services
Authentication, hosting, voice recognition and other functions may be supplied by third parties. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, unlawful activity, security risks or discontinuation of the service.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator, without limiting mandatory consumer rights available in the country where you live.
